Certification is the provision by an independent body of written assurance (a certificate) that a product, service or system meets specific requirements. For Green Label certification, this requires receiving an audit from a Green Label approved CB against the Green Label Standard.
Certification is open to all fruit and vegetable value chain actors including producers and other chain of custody (processors and retail outlets/supermarkets)
